Rain and You

By Tisha Dhamu

Rain and You
The lethal combo
Rain and you, the lethal combo
One is your love
Other teaches you how to love
The love
As the rain touched us
You touched my soul
Soft and unseen
Yet deeply loved
Since nature and decay
the loamy scent
Once again that smell of yours
Made me fall in love
This time loudly
The fragrance the mud holds
Wanna hold your fragrance until my last
How could the rain feel you
How dare the rain, touch you
Till feet to tip of hair
But it did, but it never
Touched the deepest of you
Strangely it healed your soul
More than I did,
It engraved you
After ages,
the clouds wept
It cried
You did too those tears held
And as the rain fell
My eyes were stuck on you
What a masterpiece
Wanna hold these eyes forever
And embrace the beneath of your soul
Wanna touch you
With those soaked hands
Allow me too
engrave you with me
As the grass did to those teary wet eyes
Hold each memory of yours
As grass held those tears even create this.
