Our editorial board carefully reads every single submission. Depending on the volume of entries, you can typically expect a response within 2 to 4 weeks. We pride ourselves on giving every piece the attention it deserves.

Absolutely. You retain full copyright and ownership of your work at all times. By submitting to TPL, you simply grant us permission to publish your piece on our website, anthologies, and social media channels.

For our main journals and anthologies, we prefer unpublished, original pieces. However, if a piece was only published on your personal blog or social media, you may still submit it—just let us know in your submission notes.
