The TPL National Art Competition was a national-level art initiative organised by The Poetic Land (TPL) in collaboration with Rintu Store and a renowned artist and illustrator. The competition was created to provide artists and young participants with a platform to present their creative work and receive recognition beyond their immediate surroundings.
The competition was divided into three age-based categories, allowing participants from different stages of life to compete within their respective groups.
Prize Categories
| Category | Age Group | 1st Prize | 2nd Prize | 3rd Prize |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Group A | 5–13 years | ₹2,000 | ₹1,500 | ₹1,000 |
| Group B | 14–24 years | ₹3,000 | ₹2,500 | ₹2,000 |
| Group C | 25+ years | ₹5,000 | ₹4,000 | ₹3,500 |
The winners were awarded cash prizes and certificates in recognition of their achievements. The certificates provided formal recognition of the participants’ performance in the national competition.
The collaboration with Rintu Store and the renowned artist and illustrator brought together different aspects of the creative community and helped TPL extend its activities beyond literature into visual art.
For TPL, the competition was part of its wider effort to create spaces where creative work can be presented, recognised, and discovered. It also reflects the idea that artistic expression can take many forms—poetry, stories, research, painting, illustration, and other forms of creative work.
The TPL National Art Competition has now concluded, with the winners receiving their prizes and certificates and their artistic contributions becoming part of TPL’s growing record of creative initiatives.
