Void

By Aivis Grasmanis

Red droplets of rain
At least I thought that way
That wasn’t rain at all
Probably would sound insane
It was a deep wound on my back
Veins open, cut deep
What happened before I went to sleep
Made these red droplets of blood
That’s how much cost fame
If I knew or predicted before
Chose to stay far away in the shade
That’s how much cost Bloody fame

Story same about betrayal
When best friends become fierest enemies
And you don’t want more.

We never are ready
Pay full price for same mistakes
Even when the offer sounds tempting
Signing a contract with the devil
Try avoid traps
And stay aside
These days, it’s not an option anymore

There is no such thing as pride
Make the same mistakes twice
And not learn from them anything at all
Just sink deeper in the void
No seeing the end of all.
