Re-lettering Life

By Gurbir Singh

Look at those edgy days’ puny shut-eyes—
Those gumshoes of a dismembered past,
Those penances without any pursuit of god,
Those intrigues of a period of anticlimax,
Those wobbly marks of maimed commas,
Those super feeble full-stops of anticipations,
Those thousand hours of unrehearsed designs,
Those million pages of a slayed sureness,
And those super fake Moments of Truth,
Life won’t ever dare name the why,
My inked pages cherish so much re-lettering!
