Existing for Today — by Eric Bergeron

By

If all you could do today was simply exist
that is okay.
Because your existence alone is already enough.
It is not small.
It is not wasted.
It is not nothing.
It is quiet.
It is human.
It is beautiful in ways the world forgets to say out loud.
So, listen—
if all you did today was simply exist—
That is okay.
Let that be enough for this moment.
Tomorrow can wait.
Not forever.
Just… until you are ready.
Until your breath feels less heavy.
Until your steps feel like yours again.
Until the world stops asking so much of you all at once.
So today,
just exist.
And that will be enough.
